In 2000, he graduated from Khorog State University named after M. Nazarshoev, specializing in "Economics and accounting".
In 2008-2009, he studied at the Jagiellonian University (Krakow, Poland) under the Grant Program for young researchers, specializing in "Public administration in science and education".

2020-present - Scientific Secretary of the Center for Innovative Development of Science and New Technologies of National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.

2005 - 2015 - Leading specialist of the scientific and organizational department of National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan
2003 – 2005: Leading specialist of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan.
