The main activities of the Department of Innovative Development of Science of the Center for Innovative Development of Science and New Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan are:
- Development and implementation of innovative information systems and devices for active and passive use of solar energy with elements of intelligent self-regulation, remote control via the Internet and mobile communications for lighting, heating, cooling, ventilation of residential, educational, administrative and industrial premises of the building.
- Monitoring the ecological zone "Hakimi" of the village of Shahrinav for setting up and commissioning an autonomous solar photovoltaic system with a rated capacity of 5 kW-10 kW to power solar water pumps and consumers not connected or connected to an unstable power grid.

Future scientific achievements
1). Modernized experimental model of the "Solar House". To provide the house and its batteries with hot water, a complex of electricity supply, water supply, water intake from a well using a solar pump, and a solar water heater is proposed. A systematic study of the influence of conditions on the performance of 100 and 200 W solar panels on the roof of the house will be carried out using solar panels installed in the Center. Under natural conditions, the efficiency of solar panels is affected by factors such as the intensity of sunlight, the duration of clear days, weather conditions and precipitation.
The innovative feature of this modernized experimental model of the "Solar House" is that it involves the use of solar panels in residential buildings to provide electricity, water supply from a well and hot water supply to power the house and its batteries.
Thus, using this model, the population of the country can provide themselves with electricity, water, hot water and heating of houses without spending additional funds.
